Shipping

● Please allow 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service), Monday
through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you
once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 3-5 business days after the
order ships.
● If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order
will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
● If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please
check your junk/spam folder then email us to inquire about your order. If you have

● Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or
concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal
Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S.
Postal Service at usps.com or (800) 275-8777.
● If a shipment is showing "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will
need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, we would not
be able to correct it. Delivery issues (including damage, theft,
and misdelivered packages MUST be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.
● All items are made to order and will vary in bleach pattern. If you are not
satisfied with your order for any reason, please send me an email and we will do
anything we can to make it right for you.
● All orders must select Shipping as the delivery method.
